Merlin is one of the UK's top specialists in changing organisational capability to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. He trains, coaches and mentors senior managers, especially but not exclusively in companies where he is working as an advisor.

He has a first class honours degree and doctorate in economics from Sussex University, UK. In parallel to his business career, he has also pursued a full academic career. He has held senior academic posts at various universities. He is now a part-time professor at Bristol Business School and a visiting professor at several others.
Managing Director, Julian Thompson
Julian has over 13 years experience in direct marketing; having previously worked for Guardian Direct.
Working as a consultant for many blue chip organisations, he specialises in integrating new technology into the marketing mix to reduce cost and increase response.

Tom is our “boy genius”, who has been coding since the age of 14 (PHP, HTML, Javascript, MySQL) and is Managing Director of Coding Monkeys at 21. Tom has won industry awards through innovative use of design and user friendly web interfaces. Currently shares an office with Julian, so they can pull faces at each other. Throughout Stuart’s career he has worked with leading global brands and held the position of Marketing Manager UK and Eire for Robert Bosch’s engineering group Rexroth. He has launched new brands, implemented CRM and web systems and project managed the winning of two Queen’s Award for international trade.
His passion is communication and making it a commercially valuable asset to business, by measuring the return on investment and ensuring that marketing spend drives value and sales for business. This passion when combined with on-line analytics, make client reports on activities easy to understand and relate to business objectives.

Print, Richard Castle
Having worked in the print industry since conception, there is little Richard doesn’t know about paper or litho print. An ex MD of his own printers, Richard is an expert with a friendly manner and will advise on most litho projects.
His measurements are 32 -23 -36, he likes getting married , jumping around in white PJ's pretending he's Bruce Lee and wishes for world peace (or is that a permanent happy hour at the SO Bar).

Tall dark and handsome, GSOH and excellent with numbers, Jason has a strong track record in industry. As a qualified chartered certified accountant, Jason brings vast financial experience to ODT. Living in Suffolk with his wife and two children, Jason is Chairman of Focus12, the only total abstinence charity project in Suffolk. He is an avid Ipswich Town fan and enjoys walking with his family and dogs at weekends.
